Ans. My journey has always been driven by a desire to create meaningful impact at scale. I always try to focus on how to improve my company and its work culture. As an entrepreneur, I have always embraced an entrepreneurial mindset seeking innovation, challenging the status quo, and identifying new opportunities within the energy sector.
This approach has helped me to drive transformation with large organisations and create long term value in the industry. I always wanted to build my own company and grow it. So, I made a choice to become an entrepreneur. You need to be focused in your career and try your best to learn and adapt things according to your field and give your best to excel in this domain.
Ques. What advice would you like to give to aspiring entrepreneurs?
Ans. Stay determined, curious and resilient. The journey of entrepreneurship is incredibly rewarding if you do the hard work in the right direction. Focus on solving real problems, build strong teams and always stay adaptable. Focus on building a brand by keeping long term vision in mind while being flexible in your approach to achieve it. Ans. Leading a large-scale transformation in a rapidly growing and evolving energy landscape has been one of the biggest challenges in life. Balancing operational excellence while continuing to deliver reliable power solutions globally. Success in my view, will be defined not only by financial performance but also by our contribution to a more sustainable and resilient future.

Ans. The future of TAQA lies in its commitment to sustainability and innovation. What excites me most is our ability to lead the transition toward cleaner energy while providing global solutions. Success in my view is defined by a company’s contribution to a more sustainable and resilient future. He says as a leader, success is not just limited to financial growth, but in the long term it is the wealth we create for our stakeholders, communities and the environment. Success means ready to face the challenges and adapt to the changes when necessary. You should know how to keep up with the things and attain sustainability.

Ans. My leadership approach is centered on clarity, collaboration, and empowerment. In a global organization, it is necessary to align with different kinds of people and this helps to bring diversity and make operational differences. I believe in fostering an environment where people feel empowered and take ownership and continue to collective success. As a leader also, I am always curious to know and learn about new things that would help me to upskill myself. So my important lesson is to keep learning even from your younger ones so that you adapt in today’s world.
