Ques. What is your experience as a Managing Director and what are the lessons you would like to give to the aspiring entrepreneurs?

Ans. My experience as a Managing Director has been full of challenges and learnings. It was about balancing strategic vision with day to day execution. Over the years the organization is not just about driving growth but building the business to rank it globally. 

Navigating market competition and adapting to changing consumer behavior comes with many challenges. Overcoming them required agility, strong team collaboration and a focus on innovation. My lesson to aspiring entrepreneurs is to be consistent, do hard work and stay determined in their work.

Ans. My leadership style is collaborative and people-focused. I believe open communication and coordination plays a vital role in fostering an environment where innovation can thrive.  Clear communication helps to connect with the employer and team in a better way. It is my responsibility to look after my employees and give them the facility to work together under one roof with peace and integrity.

What excites me most is our ability to innovate while maintaining the trust and quality that Ferrero is known for globally. The future of Ferrero seems to be amazing and rising. It will have immense opportunities in future. The FMCG landscape is undergoing a significant transformation, driven by digital innovation, shifting lifestyle choices, and increasing awareness around health and sustainability.

Ques. What are the lessons you would like to give to aspiring entrepreneurs?

Ans. One of the most important lessons for aspiring entrepreneurs is to focus on consistency and patience rather than chasing overnight success. Because good things take time and effort. You should be prepared for heartbreaking moments and failures when you are planning to start something new. Hard work and the willingness to do some things would only help you to rise high.
