You need to learn how to manage things at new places.

Ans. In the early stages of my career, one of the biggest challenges was understanding the complexity of the healthcare ecosystem. Unlike many industries, healthcare involves multiple stakeholders are patients, providers, regulators, and payers all of whom have unique expectations. Building leadership, confidence and decision making capability took time.
