AI is evolving globally. Meta has announced to roll out META AI support globally for Facebook and Instagram to provide 24/7 help and work as a AI generated help center for users across the globe to handle account issues such as password updates and profile settings.

The introduction of Meta AI support marks a major step in the company’s push toward artificial intelligence integration. Users on Facebook and Instagram will be able to access AI-powered tools for content creation, recommendations, and messaging. This move places Meta in direct competition with other tech giants investing heavily in AI features. Experts believe that AI integration will transform how users interact with social media platforms in the coming years.

Meta has announced the global rollout of its AI support assistant on Facebook and Instagram, offering 24/7 help to users for issues like password changes and profile settings.

“The Meta AI support assistant is built into Facebook and Instagram, so it can respond to requests typically in under 5 seconds and help to get response quickly and easily. While traditional help centers make you wait for more time on seeking answers on external websites, Meta said in a blog post.”

The company also said it will introduce more advanced AI systems over the coming years to improve the content engagement, enforcement, helping to detect and remove serious violations like scams and illegal content more accurately.
